We are a ladies' circuit gym offering exercises to suit your fitness level in order to reach your goals, whether they may be weight loss or fitness related.

We have trainers on the floor to assist you at all times and guide you through the exercises to achieve your goals
We are the old Contours gym. Same circuit nothing has changed other than owners and hours. The gym will stay open during lunch for your convince.
